Darwin Castro on his Road to Rio #TeamAgitos
The International Paralympic Committee has a development program called the Agitos Foundation. At the heart of the work they do are the athletes they support to compete in the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games. They have recently launched a number of videos featuring these athletes.
This first video is of Darwin Castro from Ecuador. The 22-year-old T11 middle distance runner won a historic 5,000m bronze medal at the Toronto 2015 Parapan American Games together with his guide Sebastian Rosero.
Follow the hashtag #TeamAgitos to see these amazing stories of athleticism.
