Meet the 14-year-old snowboarder making history at Sochi Paralympics

It’s never too young to start making your dreams come true. Fourteen-year old Sydney snowboarder Ben Tudhope will become Australia’s youngest winter Paralympian ever as he was introduced to the team Tuesday.¬†Tudhope, who has cerebral palsy and partial paralysis on his left side, has been training and competing in Europe since November in a bid to earn a wildcard spot on Australia’s team for the Games.

“Whether it’s your first Games or your second, third or fourth, it is always a great honour to represent your country and I look forward to watching the team’s performances…” APC president Glenn Tasker said.

Reece Homfray‘s, Courier Mail, story and conversation with this teenage Paralympian continues here!
